This 7-acre campus of historic textile mills near downtown Durham, North Carolina, was restored as an artistic urban hub. The restored Golden Belt includes office/business suites, an art gallery, artist studios and live-in lofts, restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
Golden Belt attained LEED Gold certification in 2009. It is the largest all-historic Gold-certified campus in the American Southeast.
