This rural oasis in Southeastern PA needed our help: a signage and wayfinding system for the entire region—two counties, four boroughs, three townships, and numerous towns and villages. Our program reflects their forward-looking, fast-growing future while referencing their industrial history and natural landscape.

The UPV emblem brands the system and visually unifies the region across regional and local gateway signs, town identity signs, and various vehicular and pedestrian directional signs. Unique to the program was an educational aspect: students of the local vocational technical high school applied their skills, talents, and energy to produce prototypes of the components.
